We believe that good intentions are not enough — every programme we run must be grounded in evidence and continuously refined based on what we learn. Research and learning are embedded in everything we do, not treated as an afterthought.
We conduct participatory action research with communities, publish accessible reports on our findings, and actively share knowledge with the wider development sector. We also partner with universities and research institutions to deepen our understanding of what works in community education and youth development in Uganda.
Our learning is open-source: we share it freely, believing that better knowledge benefits all organisations working in this space.
